Jeffrey Fultz is a Senior Partner in the Houston office who is primarily engaged in civil defense litigation, focusing on personal injury and insurance matters. Mr. Fultz represents insurers and insureds in a broad range of matters, including, silica, asbestos, benzene and other environmental exposures; construction defects; products liability; and bad faith and other insurance coverage litigation. Mr. Fultz also has extensive experience in handling cases involving commercial trucking, automobile accidents, and cases involving catastrophic injury, property damage, cargo, and subrogation.
Mr. Fultz serves as National Coordinating Counsel for his clients who are involved in toxic tort and chemical exposure cases, and personally litigates cases filed in Texas and Mississippi, where he has been licensed since 1994 and 2003 respectively. Mr. Fultz has also been admitted in asbestos and silica cases to assist local counsel in other states, including Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, California, Pennsylvania, and Florida.
Mr. Fultz is a frequent speaker in continuing education seminars and classes presented to insurance company professionals on a wide variety of topics, including claims handling, product liability, insurance compliance, insurance coverage, commercial trucking, benzene, silica, and automobile cases.
